The Project Background & Construction Condition:
Didang New Town will be located in the northeast of the City of Shaoxing, with an area of 572 hectares. Wuyunmen and Dusimen to its west used to be the key link between the inland waters of Shaoxing and the Great Beijing-Hangzhou Canal and a trading point, accessible both on land and water, in ancient time. It will also be at the joining point between two places, Yuecheng and Paojiang, as well as on the connecting line between Keqiao and Shangyu, thus fully taking advantage of the convenient triple transportation system of highway, railroad, and waterway. The functions of Didang New Town are set as a business center, business office area, convention and exhibition center, recreational and residential area, and Didang Park area. Its nature is defined as a regional modern commercial and business center, a hallmark area of water town sightseeing in Greater Shaoxing, and an area for innovation demonstration of city development and management.
Preparation or Progress of the Project: Planning has been made, and the site for the core business and commercial area has been cleared.
Construction Scale and Contents of the Project: Combined Business and commercial projects such as: shopping mall

Cooperative Conditions Provided by the Chinese Side of the Project: The Chinese side will provide planning schemes and all way tracking services and work for the projects together
About the Chinese Side of the Project: The Office of the Leading Team for the Development and Construction of Didang New Town of Greater Shaoxing is an agency of the People’s Government of the City of Shaoxing, which leads and administrates the development and construction of Didang New Town.
