The Project Background & Construction Condition:
The hotel is a complementary project in the Xishi’s Hometown Tourist Zone in the City of Zhuji. It will be built in accordance with the general mode and requirements of International Holiday Inn, which should be rated above 4-star, and managed by International Holiday Inn Management Company, Ltd.
Preparation or Progress of the Project: The project has been established.
Construction Scale and Contents of the Project:
The total amount of investment will be US$24.18 million. It will occupy 113,790 square meters, with 39，856 square meters of construction area. The construction density is equal to or smaller than 16.1%, volume rate 0.35, green land rate 62.1%, and the number of stories will be smaller than or equal to 4 (only part being 4-storied).
Cooperative Modes: Sole Proprietorship
Cooperative Conditions Provided by the Chinese Side of the Project:
The land has been acquired, and the work of supplying water, supplying electricity, road construction and ground leveling has been started.
About the Chinese Side of the Project: Travel Investment and Development Co., Ltd. of the City of Zhuji was founded in 1999. It’s a state-owned company with sole proprietorship directly administered by the People’s Government of the City of Zhuji. It has registered capital of 80 million yuan.
