The Project Background & Construction Condition:
Shaoxing Ganxi Resort & Hotel is a major complementary item for tourism and recreation in Keyan-Jianhu Tourist Zone. The selected site for the project is located next to Yongxin Reservoir at Ganxi in Xingtang Area of Hutang Residential District.
Preparation or Progress of the Project:
Site selection has been tentatively completed.
Construction Scale and Contents of the Project:
The total amount of investment is US$6.05 million, and the project will occupy 50 mu of land. The construction scale of each item will follow the detailed plan and construction scheme.
Cooperative Modes: To be settled by discussion
Cooperative Conditions Provided by the Chinese Side of the Project:
The Chinese side will assist investors in the preparation and construction of the project, coordinate work done by various groups, provide consultation, act as an agent to report to and seek approval from authorities and register at industrial and business Bureau and customs, etc.
About the Chinese Side of the Project:
The Administrative Office of Keyan Travel and Reosrt Zone is authorized by the Party Committee and County Government of the County of Shaoxing to be in charge of the development and construction of this project and services for business soliciting. It will provide the project with “Green Passage” services(Special Preferential Services)and answer all related questions and help resolve problems in a prompt, effective, and considerate manner.
