The goal of this project is to protect and develop the ancient town of Anchang, which has a long history of several thousand years. Playing big and well the traditional nickname “Shaoxing adviser” with local characteristics will restore the ancient town of Anchang restored to its original state.

The total investment is US$12 million. The project is aimed at repairing of many ancient single buildings with several floors and arcades along the river, restoring the damaged ancient terrace gate, the ancient bridges, and small lanes and chambers, and building a new scenic spot with distinctive Anchang characters.
Cooperative Modes: Joint venture or cooperation is welcome, and the proportion of foreign investment will be 25-49%.

The Cultural Travel Development Company of the Ancient Town of Anchang of Shaoxing County has a fixed capital of 50 million yuan and over 30 member staff, including professional tour guides. It administrates 4 scenic spots in the Ancient Town of Anchang.
