With an aim to enhance the social administration services and to promote harmony and stability in the water areas, Zhejiang water public security organs, through the construction of "harmonized water areas", push forward the theme activity of "Following Public Will, Strengthening Foundation and Creating Harmony" on a comprehensive level. They have innovated their services, carried on the work of home visiting to invite public comment on their work and preliminary achievements have been made. In April 2011, Zhejiang water public security organs, involving a police force of 2,700 person times, conducted 1,707 patrols in the water areas, distributed over 5,300 publicity materials for raising safety awareness, sent documents in 96 home deliveries, introduced 41 convenience services, collected 219 suggestions, and solved 23 problems. |
