The second session of the provincial leading group was held in Hangzhou on the afternoon of July 25 for the work of supporting entrepreneurship and innovation of Zhejiang businesses and promoting the development in Zhejiang Province. Li Qiang, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee and head of the leading group, stressed that all departments concerned should conscientiously implement the guidelines of the 13th Provincial Congress of CPC, acquire an accurate understanding of the situation and make the most of the development opportunities that we confront, be devoted to optimizing project structures, improving modes of attracting investments, enhancing the guarantee of elements, and improving the service environment, continuously make new achievements in the work of encouraging the return of Zhejiang businesses, and make new contributions to the stable and rapid development of economy in Zhejiang Province.
