Citizen satisfaction is a significant index that indicates the achievement in construction of a service-oriented government.
Reporters learned from the provincial Development and Reform Commission that Zhejiang citizens’ overall satisfaction with government service quality reached 79.39 points in 2016, termed as “partially satisfied” according to the newly released “Assessment Report on Government Service Quality Satisfaction of Zhejiang Province”.
This survey indicates Zhejiang has achieved marked progress in promoting government service quality.
