Zhejiang and Jiangxi signed a cooperation agreement for inter-provincial data sharing

In the future, when registering for birth in Zhejiang, couples from Jiangxi Province do not need to submit a marriage certificate; when registering their newborn children, they do not need to submit a household registration book or a marriage certificate. These can be completed by filling in the relevant information on the “Mobile Service in Zhejiang” APP. This is the news that the reporter learned from the signing ceremony of the data sharing application cooperation between Zhejiang and Jiangxi on the afternoon, September 24. On the same day, Zhejiang and Jiangxi provinces signed a cooperation agreement to promote inter-provincial data sharing applications, such as the sharing and mutual acceptance of electronic licenses. This will provide inter-provincial online convenience for 1.1 million Jiangxi people in Zhejiang and 47,000 Zhejiang enterprises in Jiangxi.

The agreement stipulates that the two provinces will rely on the national integrated online government service platform and on the electronic license system of the two provinces, to realize the mutual recognition of the electronic licenses between Zhejiang and Jiangxi. Jiangxi people logging in to the “Mobile Service in Zhejiang” can use the licenses issued in Zhejiang and Jiangxi; Zhejiang people can log in to “Service Sharing in Jiangxi”, to use the licenses issued by the two places. At present, the two provinces of Zhejiang and Jiangxi have carried out relevant basic work, and selected high-frequency issues in the field of people’s livelihood as pilot projects for inter-provincial applications. They have taken the lead in realizing the mutual acceptance of 11 licenses within the two provinces, including ID cards and household registration books. Through data sharing, birth registration and household registration for the newborns will be more convenient.

In the following work, on the basis of completing the pilot application and improving the database of electronic certificates, Zhejiang and Jiangxi will further focus on the high-frequency service issues of the two provinces, and support the people of the two places to apply the electronic licenses in various services. In addition, inter-provincial data sharing applications will be continuously implemented through a variety of service channels, including government service halls, integrated online government service platforms (government service networks), and self-service terminals.
