Towards the end of the year, the time when the government presents an annual work report, the actual completion of the livelihood issues by the provincial government is the top priority of this report. In early January, 2020, the General Office of the Provincial Government will conduct inspections on the degree of the completion of the livelihood issues in various localities. In order to make these inspections more accurate and more effective, “Zhelidu” will immediately openly collect cues on the completion of the 10 aspects, 29 livelihood issues and more than 40,000 livelihood projects targeted by the Provincial Government in 2019, in order to implement the policy of “You help me supervise, and I help you check”. This is also a specific action to implement the deployment of “actively using ‘Zhelidu’ to promote the implementation of the “three services’” specified in the Decisions made on the Sixth Plenary Session of the Fourteenth Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the CPC”. Anyone can positively report to the Provincial Government fraudulence in the construction of projects around and problems such as lazy government and formalism in the relevant departments.

The ten aspects of the livelihood targeted by the Provincial Government in 2019 include treatment of polluted rivers and lakes, improvement of the quality of drinking water, green transportation, compulsory education, comprehensive energy supply, waste classification, medical insurance, home care, services for the disabled, and danger relief. The general public can provide clues for the “Zhelidu” in 5 ways: searching the “Zhelidu” applet via We-Chat, searching the “Zhelidu” applet through Alipay, logging in to “Zhelidu” on Zhejiang Government Service Network through a computer, logging in to “Zhelidu” through “Zheliban” APP via mobile phones and other mobile devices, logging in to the “Livelihood Map / Public Evaluation” column, and clicking the corresponding complaint button related to the livelihood matters or the livelihood projects to reflect the clues; or scanning the QR code on the posters concerning the evaluation of the degree of the completion of the livelihood issues targeted by the Provincial Government in 2019 to directly log in to the web page concerned to click the complaint button to reflect clues on existing problems.

The General Office of the Provincial Government will take seriously every suggestion and clue provided by the public, and insist on “targeted” supervisions during conscientious inspections, to ensure that the livelihood issues and projects targeted by the Provincial Government can be implemented in a down-to-earth manner and thus that the public feel satisfied with the government.
