According to the arrangement of the Provincial Party Committee for the them education of "staying true to the initial aspiration and bearing the mission firmly in mind", in recent days, the Standing Committee members of the Provincial Party Committee and the vice governors went to the second group of theme education organizations respectively to guide democratic meeting on theme education.

Che Jun, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Yuan Jiajun, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Governor of the Province, and Zheng Shanjie, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, participated in the special democratic meetings of Quzhou City, Jinhua City and Ninghai County of Ningbo City, respectively. Other members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and vice governors respectively participated in the special democratic meetings held by some municipal Party committees, county (city, district) Party committees or the Party committees of universities.

At the special democratic meetings, Party secretaries of the relevant municipal Party committees, county (city, district) Party committees or the Party committee of colleges and universities made some introspective analysis on behalf of their Party committee. Each Party member made some introspective analysis on themselves, and seriously carried out criticism and self-criticism. The tour guidance group of the Provincial Party Committee commented on the special democratic meetings.

The provincial leaders all gave positive comment on the democratic meetings, and put forward some demands according to the specific conditions of each organization. Generally speaking, all units are closely following Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for the New Era, focusing on the theme of "staying true to the initial aspiration and bearing the mission firmly in mind", and highlighting alert against formalism and bureaucracy. They have all made good preparations beforehand, aiming precisely to the point to have real improvement, and met the requirements of the Central Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee. With a high degree of political and ideological consciousness, the meetings have achieved the desired effect of curing diseases, and produced high-quality results. It is hoped that all units will continue to build a long-term normal system of the theme education, continue to push forward the nine special renovations and implement them one by one, and strive to write a good sequel to the democratic meeting.

The provincial leaders pointed out that at present, we are still in an important period of strategic opportunities, and the task of achieving "high-level development" in an all-round way is very arduous. Party organizations and Party members should consciously bear in mind their missions, and take this democratic meeting as a new starting point to deeply study and implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee and the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 14th CPC Provincial Committee. Taking the "Double Eight Strategy" as the lead, the service procedure reform as the traction, and the digital transformation as an endogenous power, all Party organizations and Party members should stay true to our original aspiration and bear in mind our mission, always maintain the courage for self revolution, and vigorously promote the complete implementation of the major decisions and plans of the Central Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee, so as to make greater contributions to the modernization of provincial governance with Zhejiang characteristics.

The provincial leaders stressed that we should be unswervingly armed with theory and continue to promote learning and understanding Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for the New Era. We should be persistent in learning, combine theory with reality, and keep pace with the times in order to promote our practice and resolutely implement the "two safeguards". We should further promote self-targeted revolution with the determination and courage of self criticism, earnestly shoulder the responsibility of governing the Party, strictly regulate the political life of the Party, and guide the Party members to maintain our political nature of being clean, honest and serving the people. We will continue to conserve the beautiful political ecology, make full use of the educational achievements in politics, development, people's livelihood, working style and Party governance, and further promote strict Party governance in an all-round way. We need to concentrate on our work throughout the year, take the initiative to serve the overall situation of the province, promote the implementation of major strategies, and keep our original aspiration in enhancing people's sense of gain. We should focus on major issues such as reform and opening up, the three major battles, and the Yangtze River Delta integration as a national strategy. We should strive to stabilize enterprises, strengthen driving force, and enhance security. We should unswervingly promote high-quality development, and make every effort to ensure smooth completion of all tasks concerning reform, development and stability.

The provincial leaders stressed that, although there is a time limit for thematic education, there is no end for our aspiration and mission. We should always keep the mentality of "taking a test" and the state of "running", constantly consolidate the educational achievements, deepen the educational experience and enlarge the educational effect.
