Qiu Yunqing, executive vice president of the First Affiliated Hospital of School of Medicine, Zhejiang University and deputy director of the State Key Laboratory of Infectious Diseases, connected with overseas Chinese and students from Zhejiang Province in Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Austria, Hungary and other countries, to answer questions about epidemic prevention and control, personal protection, and medical treatment in autumn and winter.
