　---According to financial management popedom, to be in charge of management and use of municipal educational projects' fund; to approve, supervise and manage municipal schools' infrastructures projects.

　---According to cadre management popedom, to be in charge of cadre appointing and removing of schools directly under municipal government and personnel management of educational stuff; to carry out intellectual policies, enhance teacher's team construction, be in charge of training work of primary and middle schools, and do well in professional technical post approvals of citywide teachers in middle and primary schools, kindergartens, and technical secondary schools; to be in charge of graduate invitation and employment work of teachers academies.
